Vioxx Lawsuit in Arizona

A lawsuit has been filed in Arizona against the makers of Vioxx seeking to recover monies spent on Vioxx before its recall in late September 2004.

Robert Carey lead attorney in the Arizona suit, said that Merck, the makers of Vioxx "falsely represented certain attributes of the product."

Mr.Carey's lawfirm Hagens Berman, represents a total of 250 clients in Colorado, California and Arizona.
